Are you organized, energetic, and comfortable talking to people (especially on the phone)? Do you enjoy staying busy and want an opportunity to learn the insurance business while building valuable customer service and communication skills?

Bellevue GEICO Local Office is looking for an Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing a great job.

You'll play an important role in supporting the agency while connecting potential customers with our insurance team. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do This position combines customer service, administrative support, and high-volume outbound calling.

Make outbound calls every day to prospective and current clients.

Engage prospects professionally, determine their interest, and transfer qualified opportunities to an insurance agent.

Note: this is not a sales position, and this role serves to make initial contact with interested clients in a professional and personable way before transferring the call to an appropriate agent.

Assist client needs with excellent customer service, including taking payments, inputing minor policy changes, and data updates.

Answer incoming calls and greet customers who visit the office.

Assist the insurance agent and team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Help maintain organized customer information and office records.

Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up.

Provide friendly, professional service to customers and prospects.

Accurately document call activity and customer information.

Learn agency systems, processes, and insurance basics.

Support the team with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is eager to impress and ready to grow.

Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with people.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.

Positive, energetic, and motivated to succeed.

Coachable and willing to learn.

Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.

Able to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Why Join Bellevue GEICO Local Office?

Full-time, stable opportunity.

Monday-Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends!

Entry-level candidates welcome.

No insurance experience required.

Learn valuable sales, customer service, and communication skills.

Supportive team environment.

Training and hands-on coaching.

Growth opportunities within the agency for high-performing team members.

Opportunity to develop into more advanced customer service or insurance sales roles.

Stable hourly wage based on experience with opportunity for bonuses and growth.

Start Somewhere. Go Somewhere.

This is more than a job making phone calls. It's an opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the insurance industry, prove yourself, and build a path toward a rewarding career.
