Direct Support Professional – Overnight Sleep ShiftJoin The Arc Columbia-Saratoga, formerly Coarc (Columbia County Arc), as a Direct Support Professional and help empower people we support with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. Our Overnight Sleep and Overnight Awake positions provide a safe, supportive presence throughout the night. Depending on the position, you may provide active overnight support or be available as needed during designated sleep hours, while also assisting people we support with morning routines, including preparing breakfast and helping them get ready for the day.Locations: Hudson, Valatie and Chatham, NYPay Rate: The base pay for this position ranges from $17.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on the assigned worksite. Select worksites also offer an additional $2.00 per hour overnight stipend, which is added to the base hourly rate.All overnight sleep shifts include paid sleep hours in a residential support setting.
